From Prehistory to Civilization
      I.        Origins and “Ages” of Human Beings
·     200,000 years ago, a human species emerged in Southwestern Africa.
·     14,000 years ago, a worldwide human race existed.
·     The earliest prehistoric age is the Paleolithic age (Old Stone Age).
·     The Neolithic age (New Stone Age) was marked by the advanced tool making and beginnings of agriculture.
·     Initially, humans were a part of migratory groups which included hunting, fishing, and also gathering plants for food
     II.        Agricultural Revolution=Neolithic age
·     This is when they started communities and farming

·     Populations rose due to increased ability to produce a surplus of food for the community; thus, makes feeding and caring for young children or infants easier than before.
